New Zealand customers please contact us at email@example.com. All other international customers please visit www.katefarms.com.
Australian orders are shipped via Startrack, orders received prior to 1pm AEST will be shipped the same day and received within 1 - 2 business days (excluding NSW public holidays). This service can take longer to some regional areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
Shipments to PO Boxes will be sent via Australia Post.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you have any other concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
